IF YOU WANT TO SELL

We collect by appointment only. A tax code is required and you must be of legal age. Only clean, undamaged and functional items are accepted. You can bring a maximum of 10 items at a time and as for bulky items we evaluate in photos and collect by appointment only. All items, except clothing and shoes, are on display for 90 days, after the 31st day they will be discounted by 20% up to the 75th day which will be discounted by 50%. After the 90th day, if the items are not collected they will be able to drop further or sent to charity. For clothing and shoes the times are 20 days, 20% and 40 days, 50% on the 60th day, if they are not collected they will be sold in the shop at the customer's offer and the proceeds will be donated to charity.

Your balance can be withdrawn after 15 days from the sale and within 1 year, if the 1 year period passes the payment will no longer be available for tax reasons.

IF YOU WANT TO BUY

The label attached to the item shows the date and price. The items are subject to discount (excluding some valuables) from the 31st and 75th day from the date indicated on the label and for clothing from the 20th to the 40th. You can book an item by leaving a deposit and pay and collect it no later than 15 days. As intermediaries between private individuals, we are not required to provide guarantees, but as regards electronic equipment we allow 4/5 days within and no later than which to return the item in case of malfunction. In this case we will give a voucher equal to the value to be spent within one year in our shop.

Soon a Riusiamo points card will be in operation where you can accumulate points with a minimum purchase of € 10.00 and upon completion there will be a purchase voucher
